"It is my pleasure to write a recommendation for Bob Keil of Fitness Together. I was introduced to Bob at a time when my physical condition had been deteriorating for several years. Like many middle-aged men, my long working hours and family responsibilities made it seem impossible for me to stay in shape.
I had worked with trainers at Gold's Gym and the Spa, but found they had very little background in training and exercise programs. I didn't want to "bulk up" or bench press more weight.
Bob differs markedly from my previous trainers. He has a unique and educated approach. Instead of the same old "three sets of ten", Bob had a variety of exercises to make each workout effective and interesting.
He spends a great deal of time on "core work" - abdominal and back strengthening. He works on my balance and flexibility in a way none of my previous trainers have.
Most of the workouts with Bob have an aerobic component. Not only am I more fit, but my overall endurance has improved. My abdominal and back musculature has never been stronger. I have regained the flexibility and strength of twenty years ago.

"I have been asked by Mr. Bob Keil for an endorsement of his fitness studio, Fitness Together. This is an easy task. I first knew Mr. Keil as my wife's trainer, and after watching her progress, I decided to try an exercise regimen myself. Because I have a mild back problem, my initial emphasis was to maintain and improve spine and joint flexibility. This goal was easily attained, at which point more challenging sets were introduced for cardiovascular fitness and strength training.
I have worked with Mr. Keil's studio for almost two years, during which time I have had experience with several of the trainers as well as with Mr. Keil himself. Each trainer had developed regimens designed to work within my limitations, while pushing to expand my capabilities. Overall I have been very pleased with results and progress. Strength, stamina, flexibility, and general conditioning have all improved significantly.
I am impressed with their knowledge of exercise mechanics and physiology. Amongst the things that he and his trainers have been able to do is to recognize and work on an occult shoulder problem whose limitations had been an aggravation to me over the years. "I have been training with Bob Keil for about 3 months. During that time I have been very impressed with his level of education and knowledge of not only specific muscle isolation but also anatomy and injury prevention. For any exercise I was unable to do, he was able to modify it and receive the same results. I had been working out previous, but not at the same level. His training had maintained a set pulse level by the use of a heart monitor while working out to make sure I was achieving my peak fitness capabilities. He is also able to give you the extra push to get the "extra repetition" you could not manage on your own... (Not to mention, he isn't bad on the eyes either!!!).

I was a scholarship athlete in college and now
work in health care so I know how important it is to maintain good
health. But, as a professional women and mother of 4, I find myself
cutting corners to get through my day which generally means cutting
out time for myself. I have been going to Fitness Together since
October of 2005 and am now hooked. The workout is tremendous, and
the people can motivate you like no other. The adage of "you
get what you pay for" rings true. I am in better shape than
I have been in years and feel great. My children have recognized
my commitment to health and time for myself and that is an important
life lesson for them. I think the number one motivator is making
an appointment and feeling compelled to not let others down. Having

There are two people who will make this happen: you and your personal
trainer. Nick, my trainer, is a battery for his environment. He
is very low key and makes sure that my interests and my well-being
are priorities. He has the ability to keep you completely focused
on each exercise, leaving no room for stress or other concerns.
Nick has become a friend, and we have become a team in building
my physical fitness together.
For me, each training session is one hour of great fun, and afterwards
I feel fantastic inside! Even the next day, I am still reaping the
benefits of a much higher energy level and an overall sense of well
being. After going to Fitness Together for about a year, I have
quickly reversed the effects of over 30 years of inactivity. I have
built considerable strength, increased my stamina, and gained much
greater flexibility. My workouts have improved my posture and eliminated

| Since beginning my training at Fitness Together
in December I have seen a dramatic increase in my endurance and
a significant decrease in my stress level! I actually look forward

| I have worked with several trainers around Cary
and Nick with Fitness Together is absolutely the best. He abides
with the FT motto: 1 Client 1 Trainer 1 Goal. My primary goal when
coming to FT was to relieve the stress of an overwhelmingly executive
lifestyle. I have met that and many other goals. I plan to continue
with Fitness Together until I have met all my fitness goals because

| When I started Fitness Together about a month ago,
I had one goal in mind, to take better care of my body. After about
1 month, I have lost weight, feel better, less stress and already
starting to see results. My arms and chest have become more defined,
stomach is getting flatter and I am more productive at work.
Since I'm always on the go, it's nice to know Fitness Together
is always willing to work around my schedule. The sessions are always
one on one, I don't have to wait for a machine to become free. My
trainer has everything set up for me when I get there, I'm in and
out in a timely manner!! The training staff is very professional,
they make me feel very comfortable, they listen to me and my concerns.
I can't think of a better way in getting into shape. I've tried
gyms but stopped going after about 2 or 3 weeks, because it was
more of a hassle then enjoyment. At Fitness Together, it's very
different. I am able to focus on me and my concerns and I have a
Personal Trainer there with me every step of the way.

| In answer to the following questions, Tim Bannister
had this to say:
What do you like most about F.T.?
I don't know if I can single it out to one thing. Certainly the
dedication of my trainer, Nick. He has a genuine concern for helping
me reach my goals. He keeps me accountable in all aspects. That's
important to me given the fact that is what I asked him to do from
the start. In the past, when starting an exercise program, I always
seemed unable to finish. Now I can't stop! He pushes me to do more
than I ever would on my own. Fitness together is very flexible to
my schedule, making it very easy to stay on track.
What changes have you noticed since you started training?
Much more energy and strength. But more important than the physical
aspects are the mental benefits. I feel better about myself. As
a business owner the stress can get unbearable at times. The sessions
help with (if not eliminate) the stress that builds up. I look forward
to going in and working my frustrations out during my time. The
physical changes are just an added benefit. I can see my body changing
almost daily. It is particularly nice when someone comments about
the changes they've noticed.
How would you describe your experience at F.T?
Truly positive. I should have done it a long time ago. Fitness together
made a decision to make a Lifestyle Change easy to commit to and
